Account details (name, email, password hash), business information you submit, phone numbers, reviews and messages you post, support conversations, and technical data such as device, IP address and usage analytics. We also ingest public business data and reviews from third-party sources such as Google.

To operate the directory, verify business ownership, moderate content, provide support, process payments, measure performance, prevent fraud, and - where you have consented - to market to you by call, text, email and automated or AI-assisted messaging as described in our Terms.

We keep a record of your consent choices, including the version of the terms accepted and the date and time, so we can honor and evidence them.

We share data with service providers who work on our behalf (hosting, database, email and messaging/dialing platforms, analytics, payment processors) under contracts limiting their use of it. Public listing content and reviews are visible to everyone. We do not sell your personal information for money. We may disclose information when required by law or to protect our rights.

Reply STOP to stop texts, tell any live or AI agent to add you to our do-not-call list, use the unsubscribe link in emails, or email support@backdvegas.com to access, correct, or delete your data or withdraw consent. Deleting your account removes your profile and owner access to listings.

Calls and messages with BACKd, including those handled by automated or AI agents, may be recorded and transcribed for quality, training and compliance where permitted by law.

We use industry-standard safeguards and retain data for as long as your account is active and afterwards as needed for legal, compliance and dispute-resolution purposes.

BACKd is not intended for anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
